John Wheeler Home Inspector
John Wheeler has been serving Nashville, TN for over 8 years and is now a certified home inspector – AHIT trained (American Home Inspector Training Institute). He is also certified to inspect both pools and spas.
Previous to moving to Nashville, John Wheeler served in the United States Air Force and is now a veteran with over 22 years of honorable active service.
He has experience in maintenance of residential systems including: safety, structural, HVAC, electrical, plumbing (plus water intrusion and drainage) and appliances.
